The Restoration Phase

If you are sick and tired of the emptiness in your life and you are hungry and thirsty for MORE then you are standing at the door of your greatest BLESSING.

Jesus said: Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Matthew 5:6

God wants to restore you to the original state that you were created to be. In order to do this you must follow the only path he created for all of us to enter into his Kingdom.

Jesus said to him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but by Me. John 14:6

It really doesn’t matter how good we think we are. All of us were born under the curse of sin and we are separated from God from birth.
The good news is that God has made a way for everyone to return to him. When we return to him we can experience the fullness that we all look for in our lives.

Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures forevermore. Psalms 16:11

This good news is called the Gospel of Jesus Christ and this Gospel is God’s plan to restore and reconcile all humanity.

And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5:18-19

Only in Jesus Christ can we find this great restoration and reconciliation because it was Jesus Christ the only one that could give his perfect life to satisfy the payment required for all of us that have sinned.

The Apostle Paul explained the gospel like this:
1Co 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
1Co 15:2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
1Co 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures;
1Co 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures…

When we believe and are convinced that Jesus Christ died for our sins, that he was buried and then he rose again so that we all can be save we then must apply this gospel to our lives.

We apply it to our lives when we also die to ourselves and our sins in repentance.

We also will be buried in the waters of baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ.

And finally we rise again by receiving the Spirit of the resurrected Jesus which the Bible calls the Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost.

This process is called “The New Birth” or “To Be Born Again”

And it is the beginning of life’s greatest journey. In a road that only a few would find.

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Matthew 7:14
